1.     Strong compactor capacity

When the dynamic compactor is not equipped with an additional device, the maximum weight of the compactor can reach 22.5t, with a compaction energy level of 4500KN. m. When equipped with a gantry, the maximum weight of the compactor can reach 50t, with a compaction energy level of 10000KN. m, which can meet the requirements of most dynamic compaction construction.

Adopting an integrated design of mechanical and hydraulic systems, which combines mechanical and hydraulic components. Strong lifting force, fast lifting speed, stable and reliable lifting ability, and high construction efficiency.

3.     Safe, reliable and durable

The main engine adopts a retractable track design, which can reduce turning resistance while ensuring lateral stability. When widening, it effectively increases the stability of the entire machine and is stable and reliable during operation. The main winch is lifted by a mechanical internal expansion belt, with a maximum single rope tension of 13t. And it is equipped with an air storage tank to reserve air pressure and prevent the equipment from losing or swinging hammers after the engine is turned off, which better protects the vehicle body. Equipped with large caliper disc brakes and pneumatic hydraulic braking systems, the overall safety factor of the machine is improved. 

4.     Convenient transportation

The transportation size of the host are 7820X3500X3400mm, with a maximum  single  weight of<46t, a counterweight of approximately 17t, and a total weight of approximately 75t. During transportation, only the arm frame and counterweight need to be removed, and the tail rod and a rear counterweight can be retained without disassembly and transportation. The rear counterweight can be separated from the rear engine shed, making transportation convenient and cost-effective.
