Based on customer feedback on issues such as high fuel consumption and complex structure of hydraulic dynamic compactors, optimization and modification have been carried out on the existing machine hydraulic integrated dynamic compactors. A single suction dynamic compactor has been designed and developed, which has the following characteristics compared to conventional machine hydraulic integrated dynamic compactors:

Ⅰ. Simple structure, high transmission efficiency, low failure rate, and high safety factor.

Ⅱ. Low fuel consumption, about 50% lower than hydraulic winch.

Ⅲ. Powerless descent, low hook drop resistance, and stable braking system.

Ⅳ. Low accessory cost and convenient maintenance

Ⅴ. It can be automatically compacted, measured, and operated conveniently.

Output situation after modification
