Mechanical winch system renovation: The engine is used to directly drive the winch mechanism through a reducer, reducing kinetic energy loss and improving lifting speed while ensuring tension, thereby improving work efficiency; The engine is lowered without power, saving fuel consumption; The braking adopts pneumatic oil braking, which is sensitive and reliable. The air storage tank has a large capacity, and after the engine is turned off, it can ensure that the hammer is safely placed on the ground, increasing the safety of the equipment. The braking oil circuit is independent of the hydraulic system, avoiding hydraulic oil pollution and loss, and reducing the pollution caused by hydraulic oil leakage.

. Reinforced anti roll bar: The support point of the anti-roll bar for crawler cranes and old-fashioned dynamic compactors is relatively low, which cannot meet the requirements of dynamic compaction. Our company has modified the reinforced anti roll bar according to the construction conditions of dynamic compaction, reducing the recoil force on the arm frame after the hammer is unhooked, and improving the stability of the entire machine.

 Reinforcement of overall structural components: In response to the change of the original equipment from lifting to dynamic compaction, our company will strengthen and reinforce the main load-bearing components such as the base and main platform based on the actual situation of the vehicle structure to meet the requirements of dynamic compaction construction, improve the fatigue strength of the components, and increase the service life of the equipment.
