1.     Strong compactor capacity

When the dynamic compactor is not equipped with an additional device, the maximum weight of the compactor can reach 42.5t, and the compactor energy level can reach 8500KN. m. When equipped with a gantry, the maximum weight of the compactor can reach 80t, and the compactor energy level can reach 16000KN. m, which can meet the requirements of most dynamic compaction construction.

The main engine adopts a plug-in track design, which can reduce turning resistance while ensuring lateral working stability, effectively increasing the stability of the entire machine during widening, and ensuring stability and reliability during operation. The main winch adopts a mechanical internal expansion belt for lifting, with a maximum single rope tension of 15t. And it is equipped with an air storage tank to reserve air pressure and prevent the equipment from losing or swinging hammers after the engine is turned off, which better protects the vehicle body. Equipped with large caliper disc brakes and pneumatic hydraulic braking systems, the overall safety factor of the machine is improved. 

4.     Convenient transportation

The transportation size of the host is 8960X3500X3400mm, with a maximum individual weight of<42t, a counterweight of approximately 35t, and a total weight of approximately 118t. During transportation, only the tracks, arms, and counterweights need to be removed. The main engine is equipped with leg oil cylinders, which do not require disassembly for transportation. The rear counterweight can be separated from the rear engine shed, making transportation convenient and cost-effective.
